12/12の「The Game Awards」で
「スターウォーズ」関連の2タイトルが
新たに発表されました。
1つは[Arcanaut Studio]が[ルーカスフィルム]とコラボした
シングルプレイヤー向けのアクションRPG
『Star Wars: Fate of the Old Republic』
対応ハードや発売時期は未定。
2003年に発売された
『STAR WARS™ Knights of the Old Republic』（KOTOR）
の精神的後継作とYoutubeの概要欄に記載があります。
[Arcanaut Studio]は『マスエフェクト』3部作と『KOTOR』のディレクターCasey Hudson氏が
率いるスタジオです。
※2021年に「PlayStation Showcase 2021」にて
『STAR WARS™ Knights of the Old Republic』
のリメイクが発表されていましたが、こちらは動向が不明です。
